What if the Hunter Collar Cody doesn't fit?

To make sure the Hunter Collar Cody fits, you're allowed to take the collar out of its packaging. You can check if the collar fits by keeping the product next to your dog's body. Because of hygienic reasons, you're not allowed to return the collar if it has been in direct contact with your dog. If we notice dog hairs, stains or smells on the returned product, the product will not be returned to you. Instead, the product will be donated to a good cause, for example a local animal shelter. We apply these rules to avoid products being returned after they've been used.
