FRONTPRO: is a new over-the-counter remedy for dogs. FRONTPRO is a flea and tick remedy for dogs. This tasty chewable tablet protects your dog for as much as 30 days. There are 3 chewable tablets in a pack, giving your dog 3 months of protection. Moreover, this tablet works fast enough to prevent fleas from laying eggs. Thus, the tablet also protects against a further flea infestation. FRONTPRO works from the inside out and is easy to give with or without food. After giving it, you can immediately cuddle with your dog again!

Bravecto Flea Treatment for Dogs

Bravecto is an easy way to protect your dog from fleas and ticks for 12 weeks. The active ingredient in Bravecto is fluralaner. Fluralaner has a flea-killing and tick-killing effect. After taking the chewable tablet, the fluralaner is absorbed into the blood. Fleas and ticks must be attached to the host (your dog) and start feeding to be exposed to the active ingredient. The effect occurs within 8 hours of fleas being attached and within 12 hours of ticks being attached. Bravecto is a chewable tablet that is well accepted by most dogs.

What is Bravecto for Dogs?

• Give your dog 12 weeks of protection against fleas and ticks
• Kills fleas within 8 hours, before they can lay eggs
• Kills ticks within 48 hours
• Easy to give, with or without food
• Fleas and ticks need to attach to the host and feed
• Tick-killing action against Rhipicephalus sanguineus for 8 weeks
• Can be used as part of a treatment for flea allergy dermatitis
• Also effective against demodex and mange mites
• Suitable from 8 weeks and 2 kg body weight
• Can be used in breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs
• Was well tolerated by Collies with deficient Multidrug-Resistance protein 1 (MDR 1 -/-) after a single oral administration of 3 times the recommended dosage

Administration

It is a chewable tablet that is well accepted by most dogs. If the tablet is not absorbed voluntarily, it can be given with food or directly into the mouth. The chewable tablets should not be broken or divided. Administer the veterinary medicine during or around a meal. When administering, the dog should be watched to ensure that the tablet is swallowed.

Dosage

For dogs over 56 kg body weight, use a combination of two tablets that best suits the body weight.

Note

• Because parasites must feed on the host to be exposed to fluralaner, the risk of transmission of parasite-bound diseases is therefore not completely excluded
• Use with caution in dogs with a history of epilepsy
• Do not use in puppies under 8 weeks and animals under 2 kg
• Do not administer at intervals shorter than 8 weeks because safety at shorter intervals has not been studied
• Do not use in cats.
