What if the Designed by Lotte Dog Coat Victoria doesn’t fit?

To check if the Designed by Lotte Dog Coat Victoria fits, you may take the coat out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way, you can check if it fits. For hygienic reasons, you cannot return the coat if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the product is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells bad, or has been washed, it will not be returned to you. Instead, it will be donated to a good cause (local shelter). Since we often receive products that are not returned in new condition, we are unfortunately forced to enforce these rules for trying on and/or returning items.
