What if the DWAM Sweety Collar doesn't fit?

To check if the DWAM Sweety Collar fits, you may take the collar out of its packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way you can check if it fits. For hygiene reasons, you may not return the collar if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the collar is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then benefit a charity (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning.
