Reusable Hot/Cold Pack

Need to cool your muscles and/or tendons? Or prefer to use it as a heat source? You can do both with the reusable Hot/Cold Pack. This pack can be used in two different ways: for cooling or as a heat source. If you choose to use the pack for cooling, simply place it in the freezer beforehand. If you want to use the pack as a heat source, just place it in hot water beforehand. The pack can be used alternately and is reusable.
