What if my dog does not fit in the Kurgo Explorer Carrier carrier?

To check if your dog will fit in the carrier, you may take the carrier out of its packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way you can check if it fits. For hygiene reasons, you may not return the carrier if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the carrier is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then benefit a charity (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning.
