L- Mesitran Wound Ointment

The wound ointment from L-Mesitran is suitable for use on all animals, from small to large.

Properties

• Non-stick ointment
• Ideal for applying to wound dressing
• The ointment dries out the wound edges, speeding up recovery
• Because of the use of natural products, the colour of the ointment can sometimes change

Operation

When the ointment comes into contact with the damaged skin, wound exudate will be extracted from the surrounding tissues. This will create a moist wound healing surface. This climate stimulates the healing process of the skin: by dissolving damaged tissue and other contamination, the affected skin is prepared for the healing process.
The ointment may be applied in a thin layer to the affected area several times a day.
