Take a fun photo with your pet, perhaps with the products from your order!

Step 2

Upload your pet’s photo via this link or share it on Instagram with the hashtag #vetsendmoments.

Step 3

Make sure to follow us on Instagram, as only followers qualify to win €100 in store credit!

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for sharing your Vetsend Moment on social media or via the upload button! We hope your photo or video can help us make even more pets and their owners happy.

If you’ve shared your photo or video on social media, we’ll need your permission before we can use it. To grant permission, simply use the hashtag #vetsendOK.

By using the hashtag #vetsendOK, you agree that Vetsend may:

• Share your photo across our social media channels.
• Use your photo for online ads, email newsletters, and other online content.
• Feature your photo on our websites (medpets.nl, medpets.be, medpets.de, medpets.at, medpets.fr, vetsend.co.uk, and any future websites).
• Use your photo in offline media, such as flyers and banners.

If you or someone in your household is in the photo, you also grant us permission to use it in the ways described above by using #vetsendOK.

Uploading your photo via the upload button automatically grants us the same permissions as outlined above.

Ownership

The photo you share with us remains your property, even after granting permission via #vetsendOK.

Attribution

Where possible, Vetsend will credit your social media account. If a credit is missing, email social@medpets.nl with the subject “Attribution #vetsendOK,” and include the URL and a screenshot of the page in question.

Opting Out or Removing a Photo

Don’t want us to share your photo? No problem—simply don’t use #vetsendOK, and we won’t use it.

If you’ve already granted permission but wish to withdraw it, email social@medpets.nl with the subject “No permission #vetsendOK.” Include a screenshot and URL of the photo. We’ll remove it as quickly as possible. For emails or offline materials, such as flyers or banners, removal isn’t possible after distribution.

Usage Agreement

By granting permission, you provide Vetsend with a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce your content for commercial purposes without restrictions.

• Vetsend or its partners may create derivative works from your content.
• You waive any rights to royalties or approval of derivative works or related advertising materials.
