Use

Before your horse goes outside, you can apply the cream to its dry legs. Apply a layer of cream to your horse's legs and pastern cavities using your hands. Follow the hair direction to create a water repellent layer over the skin. When your horse is in the stable at night, wash and dry its legs before putting it in the stable.
