  • Product Description

This Nina Ottosson game has been renewed. For example, it now has little boxes that can be moved around instead of sliding shutters. Furthermore, the game comes in a different colour. The wooden Dog Brick is no longer available.

    Dog Brick

The game consists of a playing board with different lanes. There are two sliding shutters in each lane, that can slide independently. Put the treats in the different lanes whilst your pet is looking. Now it is up to your dog to find the treats by sliding the shutters back and forth with its nose or paws. You can also hide treats in the 'boxes'. The Dog Brick has difficulty level two. Please look here for more information about the games of Nina Ottosson.

Please note: Suitable for every dog, regardless of age, breed or size. Make sure that this game is always given under constant supervision.

    Materials

The Dog Brick is available in two types.

    • The games made of wood are heavier, making them suitable for enthusiastic and large dogs. The wooden version is made of certified MDF wood, this wooden game can be cleaned with a wet cloth. The game can be sanded with fine sandpaper after intensive use.
    • The plastic version is made of recycled plastic, which can be easily cleaned with water and soap or put in the dishwasher. After washing up, always check that there is no soap residue left behind.

Nina Ottosson Dog Brick reviews
  • Great game
By Kate Carden, Monday 22 January 2018

It didnt take long for my very bright (and food obsessed) dog to work out how to open the flaps and move the parts of the game but she loves it and we set it up each time we go out and have to leave her. She can't wait for us to go so that she can get straight into the game. Definitely a good investment.

My cockatoo never says no to a few treats but it only took him about a minute to remove all the treats hidden in this game. He soon realised that to get the treats from underneath the sliders he had to remove the white bones first. He does like playing this game but wish it was a bit harder for him.

Use this to get lab puppy to successfully eat slower and she gets excited when i bring this out at feeding time. I remove pieces as she knocks them off so that she isn't tempted to sit and chew them afterwards.

  • Absolutely brilliant - highly recommend

Our dog has many of the dog puzzles but this is by far the best - he is a fussy eater but enjoys this so much he'll eat his kibble and low-value treats from it. Fast delivery and great service.

  • Excellent challenge for a curious dog
By steve phillips, Monday 1 January 2018

Our dog took about twenty minutes to work out how to open the boxes. Then another ten to realise that if the white blocks weren't there, she could slide the red boxes to reveal more treats. And finally (several days later) that she could lift the white boxes out of the way to reveal even more. Now she loves it! An ideal distraction for when we are going out and leaving her for a while.
