The collar can be switched to two different settings, flashing or constant light. The collar can be adjusted to fit around your dog's neck. By cutting a piece off the tube, you can make the collar fit to your dog's neck. The circumference of the tube can vary between 30.5cm and 68.5cm. The Safety Necklace can withstand all kinds of weather conditions.
