Is your horse also sensitive to sugar and/or starch? Pavo Grain Free Mash is a high-fibre slop with low sugar and starch content for sensitive horses. The sugar and starch levels are much lower compared to traditional slobber, making it an ideal treat for your horse.

For which horses

It is wonderful to see your horse enjoying its slobber meal. But not all horses or ponies can stand too much sugar or starch. Some horses are simply sensitive to this, suffer from metabolic problems or get too fat quickly. In addition to being low in sugar and starch, this feed is also free of grains and molasses.

For digestion

As this food does contain high levels of (raw) fibre, it promotes healthy digestion. This is because this fibre is digested in your horse's hindgut which prevents an increase in glucose in the blood. To support digestion even more, this feed is enriched with prebiotics.

For the respiratory tract

As this feed is enriched with peppermint oil, it also supports your horse's upper respiratory tract. There is no need to add a balancer, as this feed contains all necessary vitamins and trace elements to meet daily requirements!
