Is your pet your best friend, the happiest little character in your home, or simply the sweetest animal there is? Then they deserve their moment in the spotlight! Take part in our Pet of the Month competition and give your pet the attention they deserve.

Each month, we select one pet as Pet of the Month. The winner not only earns a place of honour on our website and social media but also receives £85 in shop credit. You can use this to spoil your pet with a tasty treat, a new toy, or another great product from our range.

How Can Your Pet Become Pet of the Month?

Taking part is easy! There are two ways to enter for a chance to win the Pet of the Month title and £85 in shop credit:

Or share a photo on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #medpetsmoments. Make sure your profile is public so we can see your entry.

Each month, we select a winner who will be put in the spotlight on our website and social media. So show us how special, funny, or adorable your pet is, and they might just become our next Pet of the Month!

Pet of the Month – January

This handsome Corgi is the Pet of the Month for January!

His name is Einstein, a 5.5-year-old Welsh Corgi Cardigan Blue Merle. He’s incredibly stubborn and vocal, but also an absolute cuddle bug. He loves going for walks, but what truly makes him happy are his toys—especially his Kong Wubba!

We’re thrilled that you’ve shared your Vetsend Moment on social media or via the upload button! With your photo or video, we hope to inspire and bring joy to even more pet owners and their beloved animals.

Giving Permission

If you’ve shared your photo or video on social media, we need your permission before we can use it. You can grant this by using the hashtag #vetsendOK.

By using #vetsendOK, you give Vetsend permission to:

Share your photo on our various social media channels.
Use your photo in online ads, email newsletters, and other digital content.
Feature your photo on our websites: vetsend.co.uk, medpets.nl, medpets.be, medpets.de, medpets.at, medpets.fr, and any future related pages.
Use your photo in offline media, such as flyers and banners.
If you or a member of your household is in the photo, using #vetsendOK also grants us permission to use it in the same ways.

By uploading your photo or video via the upload button, you automatically agree to the above terms.

Ownership

Your photo remains your property, even after granting permission via #vetsendOK.

Credit & Attribution

Where possible, Vetsend will credit your social media account. However, this is not guaranteed. If you notice a missing credit, please email social@medpets.nl with the subject ”Credit #VetsendOK”. Include your social media handle, a URL, and a screenshot of the page where your photo was used without attribution.

Withdrawing Permission / Photo Removal

If you prefer that we do not share your photo, simply do nothing—without #vetsendOK, we will not use your image.

Already given permission but changed your mind? No problem! Email social@medpets.nl with the subject ”No Permission #vetsendOK” and include: A screenshot and URL of the photo in question. We will remove your photo as soon as possible. However, if the image has already been used in email newsletters or printed materials (such as flyers or banners), removal will no longer be possible.

Usage Agreement

By granting permission, you provide Vetsend with a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce your content for marketing purposes, without restrictions or limitations.
Vetsend (or third parties acting on our behalf) may also create derivative works from your content, and you waive any rights to review or approve the final work, accompanying text, or intended use.
Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties related to the use of your content or any derivative works.
