Phytonics L-Lysine Comp

Your dog or cat's immune system can weaken for various reasons. It is important that you support the weak immune system of your pet. L-Lysine Comp by Phytonics can contribute to this thanks to its essential ingredients. L-Lysine is important for the growth and recovery of the tissue thanks to its collagen-forming qualities and its ability to absorb calcium. Vitamins B6 and C are co-factors for the uptake and intracellular action of L-Lysine. The product is suitable for cats and dogs.

Dosage

Supplementary food (unless prescribed otherwise by your veterinarian)

• < 10kg: scoop
• 10-25kg: scoop
• 25kg: to 1 scoop

1 scoop contains about 0.8 grams.

Please note: For administration during pregnancy or lactation, always consult your veterinarian. At the start of the treatment, some animals may have a short-term deterioration of symptoms or other adverse reaction. In the event that the symptoms worsen considerably, you can halve the dose or stop temporarily and then build up slowly.

Administration

Can be mixed with your pet's food. For dry food, moisten the food/powder so that is not blown off the food. For administration during pregnancy or lactation, always consult your veterinarian.

Treatment duration

In an acute situation, the treatment duration will be relatively short. This may vary from a few days to 3 weeks. In case of improvement, you can continue administering this product for a few more days. For long-term discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. It is advised that you insert a stop week every 6 to 8 weeks. The stimulus can be reintroduced after the stop week. Resume treatment immediately if symptoms worsen. This product can be given indefinitely.
