    Lose weight without hunger

The special formulation and serving sizes of Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management offers new opportunities for the successful treatment of obesity in cats. This diet will help your pet reach an ideal weight without feeling hungry.

    Key features

Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management contains a unique combination of dietary fibre, leading to a proven fast and long lasting feeling of satiety. Your cat's stomach will immediately feel fuller and as it takes longer to process the fibre, it takes longer for your cat to become hungry again. This reduces unwanted behaviour such as begging, stealing food, constant meowing, etc.

The density of the Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management food is reduced, so that a normal portion can be given. This combination results in a more satisfied cat, and significantly less undesirable behaviour, making it easier to stick to this diet.

Also available in Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management Cat wet food.

    Setting a target weight

Weight loss programmes for cats are not always successful. In addition to lack of awareness and motivation of the owner, there are also practical reasons for things going wrong. Research shows that setting the target weight for cats with obesity is difficult. This is often overestimated, meaning that daily nutritional recommendations are too high. It is also difficult for many owners to accurately dispense the correct amount of food.

    New approach: dosed servings:

In order to resolve these problems, Royal Canin has a completely new approach to the dietary treatment of obese cats. Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management is available in measured portions of 20 grams, so that the appropriate amounts can be easily served.

  • Perfect Meeting
By June Jones, Thursday 8 October 2020

Excellent meeting of product and need. Tessa was a neglected cat for many years, so when she saw food she ate it immediately. Arthritis in her back legs constricts her movement (being treated) but she became too weighty. She loves the Royal Canin Satiety W M Cat and is beginning to shed those pounds.
