The composition of essential fatty acids in SANIMED Adult Cat promotes skin and coat condition, and improves your cat's resistance. It also contains added raw fibre to prevent hairballs forming. The unique composition reduces the risk of problems in the urinary tract as well as common diseases such as kidney failure, heart failure, diabetes mellitus, obesity, liver diseases and cancer.

Urinary tract diseases

Bladder stones or crystals in the bladder can cause disorders in the lower urinary tract. Bladder stones can lead to bladder infection or even to blockage of the urethra, which is very painful and can be fatal if not treated quickly. SANIMED Adult aims to prevent the formation of struvite by lowering the urinary pH and containing low levels of the struvite-forming components magnesium, ammonium, and phosphate, greatly reducing the risk of these stones forming.
