Older dogs have a lower energy requirement, which means that they need a different type of food than younger dogs. The Smølke Senior Mini Chicken is specially developed for senior dogs of 8 years and older and that belong to small breeds weighing up to 10kg. The wheat-free food contains special minerals that protect your dog's teeth from plaque formation. Other ingredients help your dog with ageing healthily: vitamin E protects body cells against antioxidants, proteins supports cell formation and glucosamine and choindroitin help keep the muscles and joints supple.

A unique protein profile

Smølke's food is grain-free and consists of a variety of protein sources: Dutch chicken, British lamb and MSC-certified fish. The fish originates from sustainable fishery bearing the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) label. The combination of local and sustainable ingredients ensures a complete package of essential nutrients for your pet.

The recommendations in the feeding table serve as a guideline. Other factors such as breed and sex also play a part in your dog's daily nutritional requirement. Also make sure that your dog always has a bowl of fresh drinking water.

Serve the food prior to the indicated expiration date. Carefully close the packaging once it's been opened and always store the food in a cool and dry place.
