    Specific Crystal Management Light FCD-L

Urinary crystals are a common problem for cats. These occur in the urinary tract. Crystals like struvite and calcium-oxalate are the most common forms of urinary crystals. Specific Crystal Management Light FCD-L is a specially developed diet food that contributes to the healthy bladder function of your cat. This light food also contains a limited energy value. This makes it the ideal food for obese cats or cats with a predisposition to obesity.

    Key features

    • Crystal Management Light FCD-L helps to minimise the creation of bladder crystals in your cat.
    • The food has a low content of minerals that can cause urinary crystals, such as phosphor and magnesium.
    • The food increases the acidity of your cat's urine. This contributes to the dissolution of struvite crystals that are already present. It also helps prevent the formation of new bladder crystals.
    • The food contains omega 3 fatty acids, which provide additional support for your cat's skin, coat and joints.
    • The low energy value of this food helps your cat to maintain a healthy body weight.
    • The food is safe for long-term use because of its low salt content.

    Recommended for:

    • Dissolving already present struvite crystals.
    • Preventing the formation of new struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.
    • Lessening urine tract conditions such as bladder infections. If the bladder infection returns, we recommend you use Specific Crystal Management FCW.

    Not suitable for:

    • Use in combination with other urine acidifiers
    • Kittens younger than 6 months
    • Pregnant or lactating cats
    • Cats with an unbalanced body pH level

These are one of the few products my cat allowed to eat and will actually eat since he was diagnosed with crystals 3 years ago. And they work.
