Please note! Always choose a size that suits your animal. Not every animal will like being transported in a backpack. So watch your pet's behaviour carefully and let him or her get used to the backpack

What if my dog/cat does not fit in the Trixie Backpack Timon?

To check if the Trixie Backpack Timon fits, you may take the backpack out of its packaging and hold it next to the animal. This way you can check if it fits. You may not return the backpack, for hygiene reasons, if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the carrier is stained, contains dog hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then benefit a charity (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning them.
