Trixie Premio Dog Paste reviews
  • She’s hooked!
By charlotte worthington, Thursday 19 October 2023

I don’t know what Trixie put in these paste tubes but my one year old Border Collie cannot get enough of them…!! She doesn’t seem to care what flavour it is, as long as it gets onto her licky mat - she is happy licking away for a good half hour…! However the beef seems to be favourite…! We use this as away to get her to put on weight as she not only has a very fast metabolism, she also has ADHD and is non-stop for about 16hours of the day, also running at full pelt (faster than whippets) when outside on her walks, so she is pure muscle (which are strongly defined) and getting her to put a layer of fat on her skinny body has been difficult. These pate’s have helped build up a tiny layer of fat so she now looks healthy instead of starved (even though she eats regular meal twice a day. Plus a selection of treats..!!) (Yes she is very spoilt!)

Excellent for use with kongs or licky mats, also good for distracting dogs when putting eye drops in ;)
