Product Description
Trixie Raindrops Cooling Mat
Dogs only have a small amount of sweat glands. The only way for dogs to regulate their body temperature is by panting or by sweating through their paw pads. However, this only helps the dog release a small amount of their excess body heat. Particularly on hot days, dogs can use some help to stay cool. The Trixie Raindrops Cooling Mat is an easy-to-use mat. The portable design makes it easy to take with you. Unlike other cooling mats, the Trixie Cooling Mats do not require electricity, water or additional cooling in order to work, instead the cooling effect occurs through body contact and works for several hours. For the raindrops cooling mat to work optimally on very hot days, your dog or cat should step off the mat (breaking the body contact) every couple of hours to allow it to recharge. The Trixie Raindrops Cooling Mat can also be used on beds, in a crate or car, etc. If the mat is dirty, it can be easily wiped cleaned with a damp cloth.

What to do if the Trixie Raindrops Cooling Mat does not meet your expectations?
For hygiene reasons, the Trixie Raindrops Cooling Mat cannot be returned if it has come into contact with your pet. If we find that the returned item is stained, worn, contains animal hair, smells or has been washed after use, we cannot accept it as a returned item. In this event, it will be donated to a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with products that are returned in a less than new condition, we have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning products.
