When there are health issues, nutrition can play an important role. Vetality Urinary has been specially developed by vets to solve bladder stones (struvite). The low potassium content in this food helps keep the urinary pH low, making the food help dissolve struvite crystals. In addition, the reduced magnesium content contributes to reduced struvite formation. The food limits the absorption of minerals that contribute to struvite formation.

To be used in case of

• Urolithiasis due to struvite
• Recurrent struvite formation

Not recommended for

• Kittens
• Pregnant or lactating cats
• Senior cats
• Cats receiving a full dose of uric acid
• Cats with uroliths other than struvite
• (Chronic) renal insufficiency

Feeding advice

Follow the feeding schedule on the packaging. Divide the daily amount over two or more meals per day. The recommended duration of use is initially up to 6 months. It is recommended to seek veterinary advice before use and before extending this diet. With good results, the diet can be given for life. Always provide fresh and clean drinking water.
