What if the Vetlando Protective Collar doesn't fit?

To ensure the collar fits, you may remove the product from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way, you can check for a proper fit. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the product if it has come into contact with your pet. If it is returned to us stained, worn, containing hair, smelling or washed, it will not be sent back to you but will instead benefit a local animal shelter. Given that we frequently receive returns that are not in new condition, we regrettably must enforce these rules for fitting and/or returning the product.
